I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Birmingham and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me, right in the center of town. It was great to be able to walk to all the nightlife the city has to offer. The staff, particularly the manager, was extremely friendly and very helpful. The service was excellent and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. I was highly impressed with the quality of this place and would definitely recommend it to others.
I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

We had a very good stay for our Valentine's weekend.
Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were attentive, location was STUNNING on the banks of the canal. Liked the industrial-style building and compact room with curtains hanging of window rails. Location: the venue was close to the city centre.

We had a great time staying near the entertainment district. This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the action. We also enjoyed the complimentary parking and the clean, modern apartment. The balcony had a good view of the city and we appreciated having access to a kitchenette.
Our sleep experience was not great as the beds were quite uncomfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of updating as well.

Lovely bedroom. Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Birmingham. Late check-out. Handy location very close to numerous restaurants and pubs, the canals and Brindley Place. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Rouge nearby.
