Upscale hotel, great value for money. Top location, cool staff who made the stay best. Food was fresh, especially bangers and fresh fruit for breakfast. Perfect view, a wide balcony, extremely comfy bed, too.
-
Staff was pleasant enough, room was neat and satisfactory. They made my stay brilliant. I slept so comfy in the really comfy bed. Very central location, not too far away from a distinctive gold-colored statue.
-
I liked unbeatable location of the hotel and super staff. Heated unit with utensils and cutlery.
-
Welcoming service, we had good stay.
I loved this, haven't been in a better hotel. Beds were soft, people working there were super - friendly! Reasonable location to a georgian baroque cathedral. Modest restaurant onsite and particularly good views. Easy check-in.
-
I stayed here 1 night and I loved it. The room was brilliant and normal. You could walk to shops and the markets. Facilities were adequate too.
-
Very peaceful setting, knowledgeable staff.
I liked every detail about my really nice stay here during 2 nights.
-
Good quality place to stay while in Birmingham. Both my kid and I liked being there. Room was immaculate and quite big, ideal for 1 night. Prime, unbeatable location.
Communication was challenging, wifi was terrible. Well, no tv.
-
Excellent location, can so easily get to the icc. Car park at reasonable cost and the apartment was large and spotless
-
Fantastic location, close to the centre of town, WiFi is good and overall value for money
-
It was nice to be offered to move into the family apartment. Moreover, free WiFi was great.
-
we really enjoyed our stay and had no problems. For self catering was amazing as had all the pots and pan. Very relaxing.
The only thing that surprised us was the desposit fee upfront. Other then that everything was perfect.

It alost felt like home

I found the apartment good value for money. It was nice and spacious and contained everything you would need. the location was excellent, 5min walk to broad street and restaurants etc.
Cost of the deposit for breakages. £250 is abit on the high side although they don’t charge you it, it is just preauthorised but it still makes you paranoid during your stay. Could of been cleaned better. We found we gave the apartment a good wipe before we could relax.

Closer to NIA arena
Phone did not work, has everything from knife to scissors but dont have spoons, beds are not comfortable, not enough tea bags sugar and etc.. Check in time is too late at 4.00 i wouldn't like to visit in a spring..

The location was ideal; one minutes walk to join the canal walkway system and from there just a few minutes walk to Brindley Place and the city centre. Also within walking distance of New Street Station (although perhaps not with heavy bags!) The apartment was an ideal base for a family with two young children as we had lots of space and could come and go exactly as we pleased - so much better than tripping over each other in a typical hotel 'family room'. Based on this experience, I would cetainly opt for an apartment instead of a hotel room next time and would recommend this option to other families.
Our apartment was spotlessly clean but definately in need of some tlc. Appearance-wise it was a bit spartan but it did have everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen.
